How to import songs from Chordie into Fretlist

TL;DR

Open the song on chordie.com, click the eye icon and switch to ChordPro view, press ⌘A / Ctrl+A to select all and copy, then click Chordie under the Import card on the Fretlist Dashboard and paste. Fretlist parses the ChordPro content and pulls out title, artist, and the full chord sheet automatically.

Steps

1. Open the song on chordie.com.
2. Switch to ChordPro view: click the eye icon on the song page and select ChordPro.
3. Select all and copy: ⌘A → ⌘C on Mac, Ctrl+A → Ctrl+C on Windows.
4. Paste into Fretlist: on the Dashboard, click Chordie under "Or paste from" beneath the Import card. Paste (⌘V / Ctrl+V) and click Import.
5. Review and save: Fretlist shows the parsed title, artist, and chord sheet. Edit anything before saving.
